Announcing our pause to plan for our re-opening!
The customer support of our bakery has been tremendous! So much so that we are
temporarily closing as of May 31st
in order to devote our time and energy into a reorganization for the next chapter of Yeast & West Natural Bakery.
The demand for our products has exceeded the capacity of our small bakery and staff.
The true magic of our small-batch, all-sourdough baked goods comes from the time we take to long-ferment freshly-milled grains with natural yeast, using high-quality ingredients in every batch!
Our responsibility now is to determine how we meet the demand for our baked goods while remaining true to our commitment to healthy, feel-good grains. We’ll be evaluating and implementing ways to best meet the needs of our customers. We’re so grateful for the support from each customer and our relationship with you! We look forward to seeing you come through our door soon!
